Tyra Banks: I love seeing people continue the body positivity movement

The TV personality began actively pushing for beauty diversity more than twenty years ago. She has long championed the movement which aims to see people of all shapes and sizes strut their stuff on fashion catwalks and create an environment in which everyone feels comfortable in their own skin.

Reflecting on her activism, she told People Magazine that it's so funny because she was one of the leaders in beauty diversity and body image twenty years ago. However, she thinks what body positivity activists are doing today is even bolder. Tyra is thrilled to see models embracing their bodies and taken to the runway without extra clothing designed to cover up their natural looks.

She adds that there's a constant evolution of everything, and she's happy to have been apart of it. And she's glad to see people take it to the next level.
