Cardi B recently welcomed her second child, a son, with her husband, Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus).

After sharing a few snaps of her post-pregnancy body on social media, the star found herself being questioned by fans about how she's managed to look as good as she does after giving birth just one month ago.

Speaking via Instagram stories, the rapper says that people kept asking her whether she's had liposuction or a tummy tuck.

Responding to the questions, the mom of two opened up about her birth experience. She revealed that she ended up losing a significant amount of blood during labour, making it impossible for her to have any cosmetic surgery done at this time.

She also encouraged other new moms to "take their time" and not to focus too much on the look of their bodies after having a child.

Speaking about her postpartum mental health, Cardi admitted that she couldn't wait for the postpartum hormones to "leave her body" because she can't stop "crying for no reason".
