The Wife actor Mbalenhle Mavimbela, dubbed the national wife, shared a glimpse into her stunning baby shower with her more than 370 000 Instagram fans and followers.
"I was told to get ready for a photo shoot [only] to actually find that it's my surprise baby shower ft [featuring] my family, friends and favourite artists," she wrote in the caption to the video. "Thank you to everyone that has been part of this journey."
"Kumnandi guys, ukuba imina serious [It's nice to be me, guys]."
Artists such as Nomfundo Moh and Sjava entertained guests at the white, gold and blue-themed baby shower, while The Wife season 3 actor Gaisang K Noge was also in attendance.
In another post, Mavimbela shared photos of herself caressing her baby bump.
"Guys, ngizamile ukuheca (I tried to breathe in)," she captioned the post.
City Press reported in August that the former Skeem Saam actor welcomed her first child in May.
