Mr South Africa Hannes Van Der Walt busts pageant misconceptions... and the important reason he entered

Channel24 spoke to Mr South Africa 2020 Hannes Van Der Walt about using his title to inspire healthy family relationships, and misconceptions people might have about the Mr South Africa platform.     

39-year-old Hannes van Walt was crowned Mr South Africa during a closed ceremony on 28 November.  

The Mr South Africa organisers hosted a closed crowning, broadcast online due to Covid-19, to ensure the safety of the finalists.
