Multiple outlets reported the news after the Cravings author showed off her growing baby bump on Instagram Stories on Thursday, confirming the news.
Chrissy, in a cropped black blazer and leggings, stood in front of the mirror in the clip. "Look at this third baby shit," she laughed.
But it was in John Legend's new music video for Wild that the couple first shared the news.
The dreamy – and steamy – video sees the famous couple on a beach in Mexico. According to E! News, John, Chrissy, four-year-old Luna and two-year-old Miles, who are also seen in the video, vacationed there recently.
"I wanna drive you wild, wild, wild. I wanna love you for miles and miles. We can go slow, we don't need to rush. I'll take the wheel, make you feel every touch. I wanna drive you wild, wild, wild," John sings.
