On Thursday, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) congratulated the rapper for setting the record with a clip showing each of the platinum album covers.
"[Congratulations] to Missy Elliott on 6 RIAA Platinum Certified Albums [sic]," the caption alongside the video said.
