- The new account comes as she furthers her work in early childhood development with a new Shaping Us campaign.
- "As you all know, by building a supportive, nurturing world around children and those caring for them, we can make a huge difference to generations to come," the Princess of Wales said Monday in a landmark speech.

Much has been said in recent weeks about the way members of the firm ensure the work they do gets seen by the public.
In Prince Harry's memoir Spare, he doubles down on the royal family feeding the royal rota.
But Kate Middleton is taking a different, more modern approach as she launches a new Instagram account centred on her work involving early childhood development.
A key aspect of her work, first begun in June 2021 to raise awareness around the importance of the first five years of life, The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood was launched Tuesday on the social media platform.
"Our early childhood, the time from pregnancy to the age of five, fundamentally shapes the rest of our lives. But as a society, we currently spend much more of our time and energy on later life," the Princess of Wales says in a video shared on the account before speaking about its new Shaping Us campaign.
Kate says in the clip, Shaping Us will "raise awareness of the life-changing impact we can have when we build a supportive, nurturing world around children and those who care for them".
"Because by focusing our collective time, energy and resources on these most preventative years, we can make a huge difference to the physical and mental health and happiness of generations to come."
Before visiting Leeds on Tuesday, the future queen gave a landmark speech in London on Monday, with the support of Prince William by her side, around the topic, as a claymation film was released showing how babies and young children develop in response to their earliest experiences.
