BOOK: Help Yourself South Africa: How Ordinary Citizens Can Reform Our Broken Economy by Frans Rautenbach

Frans Rautenbach was educated at Stellenbosch University (BA LLB) and practised as an advocate at the Johannesburg Bar before moving to Cape Town where he has worked as a labour lawyer in various roles. He has consulted to the governments of Uganda and Tanzania on legislative reform and has written a number of books on economic reform, including Set the Workers Free and South Africa Can Work. His new book, Help Yourself South Africa: How Ordinary Citizens Can Reform Our Broken Economy (www.footprintpress.co.za) argues that South Africans can take the bull by the horns, sidestep the government that holds us back, and drive change.
