When motoring media across the country made their way to the Toyota State of the Motor Industry (SOMI) address to hear about the brand's plans and get a preview of their product offerings for 2023, it was widely expected the much-anticipated GR Corolla was going to be confirmed for local introduction.
Sadly, nothing was said about the hot hatch, although new models like the Crown, Fortuner, Urban Cruiser and Vitz will all be launched locally during 2023.
