Unathi’s throwback picture will motivate you to stay consistent with your fitness routine


Unathi Nkayi has always been quite the fitness fanatic. If her flat tummy doesn’t have us green with envy, then it’s her perfectly calved legs.

But because she’s human too, Unathi gained a lot of weight at some point. The Hallo Sana singer recently posted a picture on her Instagram page that might just motivate you to put in the extra effort in your fitness routine.

In the picture, Unathi has her old self on one side, where she weighed 98KG, and on the other side, a more recent picture, clearly depicting her dramatic weight loss and how toned her body now is.

Emphasizing the importance of staying consistent, Unathi captioned the picture:

“One of my favourite trainers at gym @pj_jules says she doesn’t remember me THIS big and her friend Sindi sent her this as a reminder. I JUST reminded Jules that I have done STEP, GRID, PUNCH, AQUA with her for so many years and when we began, I was THAT big 98kgs,” she wrote.

“MOTIVATION: Be SO consistent they think you’ve ALWAYS been DRIVEN. PS She still insists she can’t remember me like this,” she said.
