Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo on Monday announced the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture would bring a contempt of court application against former president Jacob Zuma for defying a Constitutional Court ruling that he appear before the commission and answer questions that did not incriminate him.
Zondo said the inquiry would ask that, if Zuma was found guilty of contempt of the country's highest court, he be sentenced to imprisonment.
