After Sunday’s performance it’s obvious who the top Idols are but in case you’re not sure,
Farrah Francis clears things up.
This week’s Idols episode really separated the singers from the potential Idols winners.
Boki’s rendition of Liquideep’s Fairytale had audience members on their feet.
The song choice was excellent and he delivered.
Gareth said he loved the way Boki sings and his song choices – “there’s a bit of Usher in you”.
I say Boki was by far one of the better performers of the night and should slide easily into the top three.
Lloyd: The best performance of the night saw Lloyd singing the Parlotones’ Push Me To The Floor, which should push him into the top three for tonight.
Elvis Blue’s rendition of Malaika’s Destiny was cold-blooded murder! He failed to step out of his comfort zone and turned the popular, upbeat song into a rock ballad .
However, since he has a huge following he is unlikely to be going anywhere soon.
Adeline’s performance might see her through to the top four of Idols.
Sindi proved yet again that she deserves to be in the competition with her rendition of Mango Groove’s Moments Away. However, her performance does not mean she won’t be in the bottom three tonight.
As for the bottom three, Pieter, Jamie-Lee and Jess: It’s time to pack up and go.
All three had the opportunity to knock it out of the ball-park with good song choices, but they failed.
The judges shouldn’t save them tonight.
