
London – Nine-time European Champions League winners Real Madrid will play Manchester United in the last 16 of the competition after the draw was made at Uefa’s head offices in Switzerland today.
The fixture will see Real’s most expensive striker Cristiano Ronaldo return to Old Trafford, his former club’s ground.
Favourites FC Barcelona will face seven-time winners AC Milan and last season’s runners-up Bayern Munich take on Arsenal.
Galatasaray meet Schalke 04, Celtic take on Juventus, Porto face Malaga and Valencia clash with Paris St Germain.
The first legs will take place on February 12, 13, 19 and 20. The return matches are on March 5, 6, 12 and 13.
