With renewed curbs on the cards to ensure that South Africa doesn't experience another wave, it would do government well to consider the impact on citizens' mental health, writes Mandy Wiener. 

If there is anyone who knows a thing or ten about stamina, it's the Comrades Marathon multiple champion Bruce Fordyce.

The ultramarathon runner has won the race a record nine times which is enough to know how much resilience and fortitude he possesses.
