For too long there has been no accountability from senior ANC members who instead hide behind the party when accused of corruption, making the ANC complicit, writes Ralph Mathekga.

The ANC is on a collision course with the society that the party is supposed to be leading.

In recent months, we have seen some within the ANC rallying against state institutions, particularly the criminal justice system, including the judiciary. Senior members of the ANC and influential figures have been rounded up to come and explain some of the decisions made in government.
