DA must poach Thuli Madonsela

Because Thuli Madonsela has integrity and is honest, she will be expelled from the ANC after the elections. This is when Helen Zille needs to take some clever pills and rope her in as the new leader of the DA.

Forget Mampara Ramphele, let her slip away into obscurity. Madonsela is the real deal: she is known to black voters, respected by whites, and most importantly, has a brain inside her head.

From what we have seen over the past five years, a brain spells trouble if you wish to advance in the ANC. After Mandela left, the brain-power of the ruling party was down-graded to 1800cc. Now, with shower-kop in charge, we are sitting with a 900cc engine. He has personally transformed the ANC from a Government into a Regime (it won’t be long before whiteys refer to their daily grind as ‘our struggle’).

We need to act fast if we hope to prevent Zuma from going all Mugabe on us (albeit without Mugabe’s quick wit – Robert, like Julius, he can be quite funny at times).

If the Regime lose votes on Wednesday they will not hesitate to rig the next elections – that is a given.

Madonsela is probably the only South African in the country who can woo both black and white, so I hope she is able to play a meaningful part in our countries future – I would vote for her. I feel most South African’s are desperate for a leader that is capable of uniting us. This business of stoking racial differences by the Regime is sinister.

I also hope that Julius gets a seat in parliament. Once the Oscar and Dirwani shows are over we will need new entertainment, and Julius vs Shower-kop would be a sell out!

I'm all for it - we're going to have power cuts regardless, so we might as well have some stability to better plan our lives
