The technology is there and I am sure the money is also available if business can assist by helping our communities. Our authorities are lagging in helping and coming up with practical ideas.
It is sickening to hear of all the killings of young girls imagine you could study the footage on CCTV to trace the movement of these perpetrators it might not prevent all crime but it will definitely assist the police in solving crimes much more easier and in most cases prevent it.
