It seems the palace is not happy about the way Prince Charles is being portrayed in the latest season of The Crown.
Season four of The Crown sees the introduction of Emma Corrin as Princess Diana and the beginning of her loneliness as she becomes Prince Charles' (Josh O'Connor) fiancé, before digging deeper into their unhappy marriage, with Emerald Fennell to play Camilla Parker Bowles.
Since it released on Netflix over the weekend, royal experts and palace insiders have slammed creator Peter Morgan for the series.
Royal Biographer Penny Junor tells The Times she thinks Charles himself will be "incredibly upset" about the series. "It's the most cruel and unfair and horrible portrayal of almost all of them," she says, adding they've "invented stuff to make expensive and very rich drama".
The Crown's 4th season is currently streaming on Netflix.
