Joint success

A JOINT operation held between Amanzimtoti SAPS, RTI Winklespruit, Metro Police, Customs and Excise and the Department of Home Affairs and Immigration was held recently.

Roadblocks were set up on the N2 Freeway north and south bound where a total of 126 vehicles were stopped and checked for traffic related offences.

Members were stationed at Pipeline Beach, Amanzimtoti Main Beach and Galleria Mall doing foot patrols and high visibility and conducted vehicle patrols.

There was also monitoring of an event at Pipeline Beach.
