Warm greetings to all readers of this column.
Welcome once again to our weekly update column. We have now wrapped-up the third quarter of our financial year. The mayor tabled to council, the draft budget for 2018 / 2019 – 2021 Medium-Term Expenditure and Revenue Framework.
The Easter weekend has come and gone, but we are still filled with the supernatural joy that gives us contentment in times of uncertainty. As the Matatiele Local Municipality, we refuse to be distressed, but strive to be better at what we do every day. Through our Communications Unit, we shall continue to ensure that you are the first to know. This we do using all the communication platforms at our disposal. For example, Facebook, notice boards, community radio and website. We encourage you to give us feedback and constructive criticism using these platforms.
