MATATIELE SAPS arrested two men, aged 29 and 33, for dealing in dagga in Matatiele on Tuesday.
SAPS spokesperson Raphael Motloung said police were doing a crime prevention operation when they found the suspects in possession of 1 878kg of dagga with a street value of R1 878.
They appeared in Matatiele Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, but at the time of going to press the court outcome was unknown.
Motloung said he appreciates the good work done by police.
