NETBALL players from the Harry Gwala District will be in full training on Saturday for the U19 junior championships, which will be held in June.
The ongoing training sessions will take place at the Bhongweni Youth Centre from 8 am.
Simphiwe Cele, from the Harry Gwala District Netball Association, said selections for the championships have been completed.
He said two U19 district squads, which consists of 32 netball players, have been selected.
“To prepare for the junior championships, netballers will be doing fitness tests this weekend. The netballers have been told to exercise every day,” said Cele.
In July, the over 21-year-old netballers will be playing at the national championships and they have started training.
