Home win essential for Bloemfontein Celtic

The Bloemfontein Celtic women’s side will play its Women’s National League fixture at home against First Touch Academy at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium on Saturday (12/10).

Kick-off is at 15:00.

A win at home will inspire Celtic, keep the club in the race for championship glory and extend its unbeaten record to six.

So far, the host has won three games and drawn two matches in this competition. All the matches were played away.

Teams competed in a round-robin system.

Four clubs, Celtic included, are unbeaten in the league.

The others are Mamelodi Sundowns and the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), both from Gauteng, and Coal City Wizards from Mpumalanga.

Celtic shared the spoils with TUT in one of the top-of-the-table matches played in Pretoria on Sunday (06/10).

The Bloemfontein-side remains third on the log.
