Police in Port Nolloth need help in finding rape suspect

Uwandre Franklin Johannes (31) is sought by the police in Port Nolloth in connection with a rape case on 3 November 2016.

According to police spokesperson Capt. Sergio Kock, the suspect was arrested, granted bail and later failed to appear before the Regional Court on 14 December.
