Entries are open for the Eskom Development Foundation’s competition for businesses in the agricultural sector across the board, enabling them to win their share of R1,3 million.
The competition is part of Eskom’s annual Business Investment Competition (BIC), through which South African owners of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are empowered to grow their businesses.
The BIC is looking for candidates in agriculture and agro processing who show not only perseverance and bravery by starting their own businesses, but also a keen understanding of farming systems and the agricultural environment.
Candidates who have been operating in this sector for at least two years and run a registered black-owned business can enter.
Visit eskombic2020.co.za for support and assistance.
Small business owners should send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The submission of competition entries can be done until 31 January at midnight.
