GREYTOWN Bowls Club had a good win in the second round of the men’s league last weekend by beating Maritzburg West.
Tony Smith, Chris Fischer, Gerhard Balzer and Andre Roberts won two of the skins and overall points.
While Jack Drew, Clive Edkins, Bryan Paul and Wolfie Lubowitski won one of three skins, but won overall points. So Greytown had a 10-3 win.
The business league have their final matches of the sections this Thursday and then the winners of each section have playoffs for the finals next Thursday — response has been very positive, with everyone enjoying themselves.
