THE uMvoti Municipality urged residents to report potholes and grass cutting issues directly to the municipal departments. The municipality has started its programme of repairing potholes in town.

Spokesperson for uMvoti Municipality Phindile Phungula said the municipality has a long standing repairs and maintenance programme that also includes the repairs of potholes.

“Currently the maintenance team is fixing the potholes in town as per the maintenance plan and complaints are attended to on a weekly basis. Inclement weather conditions do delay intended repairs.
