SOCCER and netball team players from Mbuba near Greytown took part in the recent Mbuba tournament.

Organiser of the tournament Xolani Mdunge said: “The reason for the tournament was to raise awareness on gender-based violence and 16 Days of Activism. We hope that we will be assisted with new soccer poles as the ones that we have are ageing.

“We would like to have a new netball court as the one that they use is muddy and they can’t play when it rains.”
