FOR an additional R49 a month, Msunduzi residents can contact the police, and emergency and disaster service through the Safe Community app.

The City is also hoping to solve issues at its call centre on a single tablet, donated by the app developers.

The app and the tablet were unveiled by Mayor Mzimkhulu Thebolla at the Tourism Hub recently.
