MSUNDUZI Municipality Mayor, Mzimkhulu Thebolla, has congratulated 104 learners with disability who will be receiving training in the Practices programme run by Kukhula Training Agency.

These learners were chosen from 39 municipal wards and their ages are between 18-29.

This programme, which is free, began in November last year after being approved by the Msunduzi Full Council in February 2020, but it was only launched on Tuesday at Poyinande Hall due to disruptions that were caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. It is expected to finish in November this year.
