FITNESS instructor and personal trainer, Norman Mosebetsi Mokoena is encouraging people not to stop exercising because it is the festive season.

Mokoena who originally hails from Gauteng, but now lives in Pietermaritzburg says, as the festive season has started lots of people will not be attending gym even though they will not be closed.

“Majority of the people will be spending time with their families or would be on holiday, but that must [not] stop them from staying fit. They can do home exercises that will help them continue staying fit,” he said.
