THE owner of a logistics company who was allegedly caught with 25 bags of dagga was on Friday denied bail by the Pietermaritzburg district court.

Emmanuel Dladla (51) had been arrested twice before for being in possession of large amounts of dagga, which counted against him.

Magistrate Merlynn Marion said that it is likely to be “business as usual” for him if he is released since his other two arrests did not deter him from being arrested a third time for the same offence.
