CHOOSING a future senior school is a big decision – and often a difficult one, especially in KwaZulu-Natal where there are many excellent senior schools to choose from. Situated in Pietermaritzburg, St John’s Diocesan School for Girls is an independent, medium-sized Anglican school known for its warm, welcoming environment.

Aptly described by its pupils as a “small school with big heart”, St John’s DSG has a few special qualities that make it the unique school that it is.

Being smaller than many other schools, St John’s DSG is a close-knit community, giving its girls a real sense of comfort and belonging. The school strives to offer a caring and nurturing environment in which each girl feels cherished, safe and genuinely cared for.

St John’s DSG also believes that each girl is special in her own, unique way and that all talents, passions and achievements that girls pursue should be celebrated.

To inspire each girl to reach her full potential, the school enriches their pupils with a balanced, quality education that provides a solid foundation for their futures and equips them to become leaders in their chosen fields.

To find out more about this “small school with big heart”, visit the St John’s DSG stand at the Laddsworth Primary School Expo or their senior school open day on Saturday, 11 March. If you are interested in attending their open day, email Mrs Sarah Cole-Edwardes on marketing@stjohns dsg.com
