MSUNDUZI traffic officers say they are tired of sitting at the office the whole day doing nothing because of lack of resources which includes cars.

Sources at the Msunduzi traffic department, who did not want to be mentioned for fear of victimisation, told Echo that the situation has gotten worse and has forced them to use their own cars when going to work but in the contract they signed the municipality promised to provide them with transport to and from work.

In March Echo reported that traffic officers are struggling to work because they do not have enough vehicles.
