Full reopening postponed for public’s safety

T HE reopening of Nelson Mandela Bay libraries to the public for full circulation services, which was supposed to take place last Monday, has been postponed.

Fifteen libraries across the metro were supposed to open for the public on Monday, March 15, for full circulation and photocopy services and information enquiries, after they had been partially open since November last year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 15 libraries were Algoa Park, Booysen Park, Despatch, Gelvandale, Korsten, Linton Grange, Kuyga, KwaZakhele, Colchester, North End, New Brighton, West End, Uitenhage, Walmer and Zwide.
