Come to civic meet

The Greater Lynfrae Civic Association is holding a general meeting at St Stephen’s Church, Ranelagh Road from 19:30 tonight.

The meeting will focus on addressing security issues, including licence plate recognition and camera surveillance.

The neighbourhood watch will report on its activities while Kerry Buchan, a psychologist, an affiliate of TraumaCall and a resident, will provide an introduction to her home invasions workshop.

New residents and those with old memberships who would like to join the association are advised to complete a membership form and bring it to the meeting. Membership costs R50 for two people living at the same address. Application forms will be available at the meeting.

Police will also attend the meeting.
