Twins arrested for murder

Manenberg police arrested 16-year-old twins on Wednesday last week.

According to Lieutenant Ian Bennett, Manenberg police’s spokesperson, the brothers were arrested for murder.

“It is alleged that the twin boys tried to rob an 18-year-old man who lives in the same road.

“During the attack the twins stabbed the victim in the leg. He was rushed to hospital for medical treatment.”

The victim died while being treated for his injuries.

The twins, who fled the scene, were arrested at their home.
