The City of Cape Town hosted a successful training programme for local youth in Lansdowne last week.

The workshop, which focused on leadership empowerment, was held over a period of three days at Lansdowne Civic Centre in the presence of 13 attendees, daily.

Topics included leadership, responsibility and respect, says ward councillor Mark Kleinschmidt.

In his address at the event, Kleinschmidt stated that his servant leadership style comprises availability, accountability and responsibility, and he invited the community to enquire at his offices for any future programmes to be held this year.
