A handful of fresh veg (chopped up baby corn, half cup broccoli, half carrot sliced, quarter cup sweetcorn).
1 tablespoon butter ghee
Half teaspoon smoked jeera seeds
A spinkle of celery salt
A sprinkle of smoked chilli flakes
A sprinkle of smoked paprika
Heat ghee and toss in jeera. Once they start popping, add veg and spices. Stirfry on high for a minute or two.
Cheese taco — you will need a small egg pan and half cup cheddar. Heat up the pan and add the cheese to the dry pan. Allow to fry for a minute or two, the taco is ready when the sides start to bubble and curl up. You’d be able to put a spatula under it without it sticking. Remove the taco from pan and place on a plate. Add the stir fried veg and some micro herbs. Serve warm.
