Special training during the holidays

Multi Sport Training provides functional personal training classes to all body types accommodating fat loss, sports conditioning, lean muscle growth, muscle definition and fitness classes.

According to former professional rugby player and trainer Heinrigch Leonard, MST accomplished outstanding results in the past two years categorised according to fat loss, youth development, rugby and netball.

“In our fat loss division 6 clients lost a total of 98kg fat in just five months. MST’s greatest conditioned team accomplishment for 2015 is Brandwag netball U/16 team for having 10 players selected to represent the Eastern Province at the National netball tournament,” said Leonard.

MST is situated at Brandwag high school’s side entrance from Piet Retief Street. Its trainers provide personal training from previous professional rugby careers in all sports conditioning, service to the public, core, shape & tone, lean muscle growth, strength and explosive power training.

“We don’t use machines. We make use of outdoor and basic functional exercises.”

Public training schedule:

Training days Monday to Friday, 08:00-09:00, 17:00-18:00 and 18:00-19:00.

Special holiday class to scholars:

Off-season fitness and physical development classes from 09:00-10:00. General gym times 08:00-10:00 & 17:00-21:00.
