U’hage model heads to New York

ERIN Petersen (14) a young model from Uitenhage, will be traveling to New York on the 22nd June 2019 to represent South Africa at the Talent America international competition.

This former leaner from Uitenhage Convent RC Primary School now at Riebeek College Girls’ High School in Uitenhage, participated in the Talent Africa national competition which was held at the PE Opera House.

Erin entered in 8 modelling categories and received 6 gold medals and 2 silver medals. She was chosen to be part of the showcase and special award prizegiving where she received a special award for being one of the top 10 models and was crowned 3rd place Junior Miss Talent Africa.

Erin also received her Eastern Cape Federation colors from the Federation of Performing Arts South Africa (FPASA). She is now a registered member of the Federation of performing Arts South (FPASA).

Erin is currently mentored by Gail Brown from Sophisticate Models.
