Durban - Paramedics had their hands full after two separate taxi crashes in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday morning.
One person died and more than 10 people were injured when a minibus taxi rolled on the N2 near Umgababa on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast just after 06:30, Ceron Lennox from Rescue Care paramedics said.
Paramedics found the injured lying around the taxi which had come to a stop on the centre median near the Ultra City, and more ambulances had to be called to help.
The exact number of people injured in the crash was not immediately clear but reports from the scene ranged from 14 to 17.
The injured were transported to hospitals for further treatment.
