There’s something quite poetic about a cow jumping over something.

Hannah Simpson, 18, jumps over large logs on the back of a dairy cow, even though she has a horse.

“Why ride a horse when you can ride a cow?” the dairy farmer from an Invercargill farm on New Zealand’s South Island asks on Facebook, where people have started noticing her unlikely pastime of riding her heifer for years.
