Covid-19: SA's decision to switch to J&J vaccine is correct, say experts

Last week, Health Minister Zweli Mkhize announced that South Africa would drop its original Covid-19 vaccine rollout plans, which included inoculating healthcare workers with the Oxford-AstraZeneca jab.

Instead, it has been decided that healthcare workers will receive Johnson & Johnson's single-dose vaccine, which could happen as early as next week.
