The KwaZulu-Natal ANC's Integrity Commission has reinstated Zandile Gumede to the provincial legislature, despite her pending court case in connection with an allegedly fraudulent tender in the eThekwini Metro.

The provincial leadership, led by secretary Mdumiseni Ntuli, said on Friday that the provincial executive committee (PEC) received, considered, and accepted the reports of the provincial Integrity Commission on matters relating to Gumede and two other ANC members, Zoe Shabalala and Thembelihle De Lange.
