The family of a former Mpumalanga branch chairperson believe the ANC should be held liable for his death at a political meeting, with plans to sue it for R55 million.
Prince Manzini was killed on 15 March 2020 during the meeting which was held in Ward 32 Gutshwa, KaBokweni.
Manzini's family is suing the party for not ensuring his safety at the meeting which turned violent.
