Ramaphosa still in the dock on ANC officials' trip to Zimbabwe during lockdown

President Cyril Ramaphosa passed the buck to Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi in response to a question on whether ANC officials contravened lockdown regulations by travelling to Zimbabwe. 

Motsoaledi, in turn, had earlier dodged a question on whether he permitted the officials to travel abroad by saying Ramaphosa had dealt with the matter.
