Three South African Maritime Safety Authority (Samsa) executives have been placed on precautionary suspension, amid allegations of misconduct.  

The Samsa Board has placed chief operations officer Sobantu Tilayi, company secretary Moyahabo Raphadu, and chief human capital officer Lesego Mashishi under precautionary suspension, with pay, as of Monday.
