Cape Town - Real estate executive Jason Rohde’s wife Susan might have been in a physical altercation a few hours before her death, a source has told Netwerk24.
Rohde, CEO of Geffen International Realty Franchises, is expected back in the Stellenbosch Magistrate's Court on Tuesday in connection with his wife's death.

Susan was found dead in the couple's hotel room at the Spier Wine Estate, outside Stellenbosch, on July 24.
According to Netwerk24’s source, injuries on her body could indicate she had defended herself. The injuries, apparently listed in the State pathologist’s report, allegedly indicate she was beaten and kicked.
Initially thought to be suicide, an inquest docket was opened after the post-mortem indicated foul play might have been involved.
Rohde was arrested last Tuesday. He was kept in custody over the weekend after the State was granted a postponement for further investigation.
The court was expected to be updated on outstanding evidence, which included DNA analysis and cellphone and laptop data.
The State wanted to finalise information on Rohde's finances before deciding on a bail amount, to reduce the risk of him fleeing the country.
