#UnrestSA: Instigators arrested so far 'are just cheerleaders'. What about the 'big fish'?

Following the widespread looting and unrest experienced in South Africa in July, more than a dozen people have been arrested for inciting the violence, but not a single arrest of those who allegedly planned and coordinated the "insurrection".

For eight days, South Africans witnessed widespread looting, damage to property and violence, which claimed the lives of more than 300 people in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.
